 被动房建筑师|Passive House Architect岗位职责|Job Responsibilities
1.熟悉使用CAD、Rhino、BIM等软件协助完成图纸绘制、建模及图纸处理工作。
Proficient in using CAD, Rhino, BIM, and other software to assist with drawing, modeling, and drawing processing.
2.配合设计团队，运用Rhino、CAD等软件进行建筑外围护结构的建模和图纸深化。
Collaborate with the design team to use Rhino, CAD, and other software for modeling and detailing of architectural envelope
structures.
3.参与项目现场的技术指导与巡查，对门窗安装、气密性施工等关键环节提供技术支持。
Participate in on-site technical guidance and inspections, providing technical support for key processes such as doorindo
w installation and airtightness construction.
4.协助完成建筑热工计算及能耗分析，优化建筑节能设计。
任职要求|Qualifications
Assist in building thermal calculation and energy consumption analysis, and optimize building energy-saving design.
1.学历专业:本科及以上学历，建筑学、土木工程、建筑技术科学等相关专业背景。
Education & Major: Bachelor's degree or above in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Technology Science, or related fi
elds.
2.工作经验:具备3年及以上建筑工程或幕墙工程设计相关工作经验，有被动房或超低能耗建筑项目经验者优先。

3.软件技能:
n to candidates with experience in Passive House or ultra-low-energy building projects.
。精通AutoCAD，能够熟练绘制施工图及节点详图;Proficient in AutoCAD, capable of drafting construction drawings and node details;
。熟练使用Rhino、BIM或其他三维建模软件者优先;
Skilled in using Rhino, BIM, or other 3D modeling software (preferred);
。了解THERM或类似热工计算软件;Familiar with THERM or similar thermal calculation software;
。了解PHPP、DesignPH等能耗模拟软件者优先。
